The Hammer Source has a wide variety of Wood and Fiberglass replacement handles.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU CALL. I AM HAPPY TO HELP, BUT I AM GOING TO ASK YOU IF YOU HAVE READ THIS FIRST. THANKS- HAMMERMAN.

The manufacturer or brand of the hammer is not important. The handles can be used for many types of hammers and other tools.
The important factor is- WILL THE HANDLE FIT THE EYE OF THE TOOL/HAMMER?

Wood Handles:

1. MEASURE THE EYE SIZE of you hammer- The long (major) and width (minor).
2. Next determine its shape- round, rectangular, oval or teardrop.
3. Choose the length.
4. Handle dimensions should almost equal eye size. You may need to file or sand a wood handle to fit. You can always make it smaller. YOU CAN NOT MAKE IT BIGGER!
5. Pound the handle through the eye.
6. Trim off any excess handle protruding through the eye.
7. Wood handles come with a wood wedge which is driven into the kerf first.
8. The steel wedge is driven in at a 30 degree angle to the head (about 2 o'clock).

Nupla chart
Here are the Nupla fiberglass handle dimensions:

Handle Size   Major (inches)   Minor (inches)
     43                  .433"            .297"
     51                  .520"            .359"
     65                  .641"            .424"
     75                  .735"            .453"
     85                  .842"            .539"
     95                  .961"            .586"
    100                 .966"             .742"
    118                1.124"            .772"
    122                1.176"            .947"
    140                1.363"            .985"

Fiberglass handles need to have about a 1/8" space around the handle to allow for the glue. Measure your eye size and make sure the handle you select has at least a 1/8" space around the handle. More space is OK.

Handles include a FREE BK12 or BK24 glue kit unless noted.

To replace a fiberglass handle:
1. Tape the bottom of the hammer head with masking tape.
2. Mix the two part epoxy- THOROUGHLY.
3. Pour some epoxy into the head.
4. Place the handle into the head, and secure the handle to something (you will need to rig a jig).
5. Pour the rest of the epoxy around the handle.
6. DO NOT DISTURB FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS, LONGER IF LESS THAN 70 DEGREES.

If you don't see what you need, e-mail or give us a call toll free 877-496-2537.

But remember, I am going to ask you if you read this first and measured your eye size!
