All prices shown are list price and are subject to change without notice. Resale pricing is available. You must provide us with a copy of your state resale certificate. If you have set up an account, we will switch your accout to reflect resale pricing on our site. Top

Payment methods  

The Hammer Source gladly accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. Sorry, no international checks or money orders.

We do allow wire transfer payments for select international orders, contact us for more information.  Top

Sales Tax
7.25% Sales Tax is applicable for orders shipped within the state of Illinois. We do not charge tax for orders shipped out of state. If your Illinois company is tax exempt, please fax or e-mail us a copy of your paperwork. Top

Shipping
Standard shipping is Fed Ex Ground, express methods are available. Here are the descriptions of FedEx shipping methods:
FedEx Ground: 1-4 business days, generally
FedEx Express Saver: 3 day delivery
FedEx 2 Day: 2 day delivery
FedEx Standard Overnight: Next day delivery
FedEx Priority: Early next day delivery

Residence: Packages do not have to be signed for, unless you request it*
Business: Packages will require an indirect signature. If it is a home based business, please choose residential delivery.*
*We reserve the right to request a signature for certain shipments.

Your package usually ships from Illinois 60540, you can check the FedEx website for transit times to your area.
About USPS: We will ship USPS when requested (or required with P.O. Box or APO/AE addresses). Please note, if you choose to have your hammer shipped US Postal Service (USPS) there is no insurance. If your package is lost or stolen, your shipment cannot be replaced. Also note that even though it says "2-3 day delivery", this is a statement put on by the postal service and is an estimate only. With US Postal service, we will ship flat rate box if possible and less costly (hey- you'll get a credit, too!). We'll send an e-mail with your tracking information the day your order ships.

International shipments - Standard shipping is US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping rates do not include duties or taxes.

Have your own shipping account number? Just enter that information in the space provided in the shopping cart. 
UPS USERS- Include the billing zip code associated with the account!

There is a special ship price for single replacement handle orders and a few other items - select "Single Handle Order Only" at the top of the page in the second page of the shopping cart. 

Home Deliveries:  We are now shipping all home deliveries "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED". The Hammer Source can not be responsible for stolen packages, if your package is taken you may not be able to make a claim. You can request a signature for delivery in the comments section of the cart.

Returns
The Hammer Source provides its customers with the best products possible. We describe our products as acurately as we can, but understand that there may be occasions where a return may be necessary. Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions apply:
- We must be notified in advance when you want to make a return or an exchange.  Call us or e-mail sales@hammersource.com.
- We will only accept back new, unused, unmarked merchandise with original stickers intact.
- A refund of the amount paid for the item(s) will be made upon receipt of the returned items. We regret that shipping charges are final and non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply to certain returns.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to ship items to be returned. All shipping charges are borne by the buyer.
